Professional soccer club Cheonan City FC of the K League 2 announced today that it has hired goalkeeping coach Diogo Cervasi (Brazil).

Diogo, who retired from active duty in 2015, has since pursued a coaching career in Brazil and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

At his last club in the UAE, he coached the club to 37 goals in 32 games and the second-lowest goals against average in the league.

Cheonan’s June signing, forward Paulinho, played with Diogo in the UAE.

“It’s my first time in Korea, but it helps to have Brazilians like Coach Sergio,” Diogo said, “I’ll quickly get to know the players, pass on my experience, and fill in the gaps.”먹튀검증
